Service/Support Plans

iChrom Solutions offers multiple options for service of a) instruments purchased from us, and b) instruments supported by iChrom, which have been purchased from other vendors.

In particular, this includes the extensive line of legacy autosamplers and other products manufactured and private-labeled by Spark Holland. iChrom maintains an inventory of spare parts for many of these products to provide rapid and facile repair.

iChrom Solutions Service Plans

Premium

…is the ultimate program for companies looking for complete coverage of their CHRONECT Symbiosis Systems. Our team of customer service engineers will provide all parts - including consumables such as seals (NOTE -CHRONECT HySphere cartridges do not qualify as a “consumable” in this program) - one annual PM visit, loaner units for components needing more extensive repairs, and unlimited service calls for covered repairs. This program ensures the fastest and most comprehensive service plan for the entire CHRONECT Symbiosis™ Product line, and other modules as desired.

Optimum

…is a universal service plan for the full line of iChrom Solutions products. This plan includes one annual PM visit, loaner units for components needing more extensive repairs, and unlimited service calls for covered repairs. This program ensures complete coverage while providing exceptional value for the services provided.

Operational

For customers with their own internal service departments, the Operational Service plan covers major service calls only. This “as-needed” coverage provides replacement for major sub-assembly failures as required to ensure continuous operations. Purchased on an annual basis, this plan offers savings over individually-requested service calls as provided through the “On-call” program below.

iChrom Solutions “As-Needed” Service

On-Call

iChrom provides instrument service on an as-needed basis in your laboratory. This is also known as “time and materials”. Simply contact iChrom and request a service call to your site. Expenses are billed based on parts used in the repair as well as time and travel expenses for service personnel. General estimates of charges to be incurred may be provided by iChrom at the user’s request.

Depot Repair

Instruments may be shipped to one of iChrom’s Depot Repair locations for service. This is often used for instruments that are not needed for continuous use in the laboratory. Because Depot Repair does not incur travel expenses for iChrom personnel, this option may be more economical for the user than an “On-Call” visit to the user site.
